If you have not yet migrated from SplashID Safe to SplashID Pro 9, then please do so. SplashID Pro 9 has an easy migration option for you to move from SplashID 8. You will find this in the Accounts screen in Settings.

If you are not able to login and are getting messages that access is forbidden, or you have exhausted your usage limits, then please send both your public IP addresses (IPV4 and IPV6) in the details, so that we can permit these IP addresses in our security firewall.
To do this, visit one of the websites shown below on your device where you are getting the error. Then copy both the displayed public IP addresses (IPV4 and IPV6) of your network and send them to us.
